Recommended Use (Oral):
Adults up to 200 lbs: Take 15 drops (0.5 ml) three times daily.
Adults over 200 lbs: Take 22 drops (0.75 ml) three times daily.
Shake well before each use to mix the herbal components that may naturally settle at the bottom.
Optional:
Place drops under the tongue and hold for up to 1 minute before swallowing. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue this method and dilute the drops in water or juice instead.
Alternatively, dilute the recommended amount in a small amount of water or juice.
